We decided twelve months ago that our old service provider was getting too expensive, so after a lot of legwork we found CHI Fire and made the decisions to let them service and maintain our fire extinguishers and fire systems – it was a good move. CHI Fire has proven to be a very competent company.

At the begin Andy and I set up a programme as to when our fire extinguishers and fire systems needed servicing. This was no mean task as we have depots spanning the country from Bathgate down to Bristol. After twelve months, I can honestly say that the operation has gone smoothly. Andy will even prompt me as to when the next service is due, and all the relevant paperwork will arrive on time. We have also noticed a significant drop in our cost – nice one CHI Fire.

Since appointing CHI, they have carried out the following services for us.
Survey, supply and fit fire safety signage throughout our factory, labs and offices, maintained our extinguishers, installed a fire alarm system which they now maintain with the emergency lights and installed a new fire shutter.

We as a company pride ourselves on giving our customers the best service possible with trained & qualified staff, we felt that some of our providers were not giving that same service & value for money that we gave, & decided it was time for change.

We called Chi Fire who had been looking after our Daventry depot requirements & asked them to quote on the work at our London Depot.

Andy set up a program & immediately cut costs on our fire extinguisher servicing, but not at the expense to the welfare of our staff.
Since that time in 2009 we have moved our offices & warehouse facilities & Chi fire was given the work to install & maintain all of our fire system & firefighting equipment.
